Well, it's quiet easy. It's located somewhere in the Ursa Major (The Big Bear) constellation. Just look at the map below and you will be able to see Liv all year long in any place of the Earth's north hemisphere. The star "Liv Tyler" is circled in red.

Due to its magnitude (brightness) the star is not visible to the naked eye, you'll need very good binoculars or even a telescope.
